By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from OphidianAI related to your inquiry, account, or services. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Project-based services follow the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
OphidianAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publication.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services you have engaged.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in abusive or illegal conduct.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bartholomew County, Indiana.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
